Perfect Pet Patisserie Luxury Festive Doggy Delights Subscription
- Specific storage advisories and a list of ingredients used will be included in both your Doggy Delights delivery and your birthday cake box.
- The subscription fee of ยฃ17.95 will be taken from your chosen payment method every month.
- You are able to purchase each gift box individually at ยฃ34.95 (please see the separate listing).
- Please refer to the table of dates on the Perfect Pet Patisserie homepage - this will be updated regularly so you always know when to expect your next delivery.
- Your delivery will include a selection of treats with varying expiry dates and storage requirements - so please remember to read the labels as soon as you receive your delivery.
- If you are not happy with the contents of your Patisserie delivery and would like to cancel your subscription; please let us know by emailing hello@perfectpetclub.co.uk and we will cancel your payment instruction.
- Following receipt of your delivery, we would be grateful for any feedback you can offer to help us improve our service. If you can spare a few minutes to share your experience, please email us at hello@perfectpetclub.co.uk
- If you use Instagram and post a picture of your pet with their patisserie creations, remember to tag @perfectpetpatisserie - ambassadors who tag us will always be noticed and in with a chance of winning fantastic prizes throughout the year!
- We will never pack damaged products into your delivery; therefore if any item arrives damaged it will be the courier at fault - who we can claim compensation from, so please let us know if you experience any issues so we can inform the company immediately.
- If you experience any issues with individual products - please email us with full details and photographs where relevant.
- If you receive a product that you would rather not see in your delivery again, please let us know.
- You will need to pay the postage fee for any returns.
