Our monthly pet subscription boxes are unique - each one contains all the essential items your pet will need each month. You are able to choose your preferred brands of each item, and are able to select the option most suitable for your budget. Ongoing subscribers will receive a very special free gift every 3 months, from one of our partner toy or treat companies. Why not give it a try?

If at any point you find that your cat isn’t keen on any particular item, just let us know and your following box will contain an alternative!
Your Monthly Supplies Delivery for Cats will contain the same items each month unless you request a change. Please remember new brands must be introduced gradually - ideally over 4/5 days, so as not to cause digestive upset.

How it Works
- Order by the 25th of the month and your box will be sent out on the 1st of the following month.
- Orders received between the 26th and last day of the month may be deferred to the month after; however if we have enough stock left we will send your order as soon as we can.
- Please let us know about any alterations to your supplies delivery by the 25th of the month.
- You can change your mind or cancel at any time by emailing us at hello@perfectpetclub.co.uk
- If you use Instagram and post a picture of your pet with their box, remember to tag @perfectpetpatisserie to receive a free product in your next box
- Ambassadors who tag us will always be noticed and in with a chance of winning fantastic prizes throughout the year!

- If you are unhappy with your delivery at any time, please email us to share your concerns and we will do everything we can to provide a solution.
- We will never pack damaged products into your box; therefore if any item arrives damaged it will be the courier at fault - who we can claim compensation from, so please let us know if you experience any issues so we can inform the company immediately.
- If you experience any issues with individual products - please email us with full details and photographs where relevant.
- If you receive a product that you would rather not see in your box again, please let us know.
- If you are not happy with the contents of any box you receive, please return it to us in its unused condition at your earliest convenience and we will happily provide an alternative selection.
- You will need to pay the postage fee for any returns.
- We only issue refunds for damaged / defective products which have evidently not been used or tampered with and are in the original packaging.
