Our Community Pet Health Programme has been designed to enable you to make affordable monthly payments to support your pets health, all year round. In addition to the specified benefits you can take advantage of our low cost veterinary services, meaning that if your pet ever falls ill or suffers an injury, they can be treated without the high costs often associated with veterinary practices.

Terms
 
By enrolling on our Community Pet Health Programme today you agree to commit to a 12 month recurring payment schedule. If you cancel your recurring payments within this timeframe, you will be billed for any treatment your pet has received to date.
Treatments not included as a benefit will incur an additional cost.
Veterinary services are provided by The National Association of Pet Health CIC, trading as the National Pet Health Service and operating from Animal Magic Family Health & Wellness Centre.
Enrolling for our Community Pet Health Programme does not entitle you to any of the benefits listed in our Perfect Pet Club Membership Packages. 
 
Please note that veterinary services are provided at Animal Magic Family Health & Wellness Centre, White Hill, Oakworth, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD22 0QJ. Please do not enrol for our Community Pet Health Programme if you are unable to travel to us.
