Perfect Pet Club is a Members only inclusive veterinary care club, not a pet insurance policy. It is designed to make veterinary care affordable and accessible, giving you predictable costs and ongoing support. You can join us from anywhere in the UK, but please bear in mind that the "all inclusive" Basic, Standard, Premier and Elite Member benefits are only available at our Centre in Oakworth, West Yorkshire. If you join from afar and use an alternative veterinary practice, instead of accessing fully inclusive services through our Health & Wellness Centre, you will be reimbursed for costs incurred elsewhere up to the values on our pricing structure. If you are on a low income, we may be able to award grants to cover the difference.

We also offer a Crisis Care Membership for just £12.50 per month, which is perfect if you are looking for peace of mind that your pet or equine will be cared for in the event of an emergency.

Please start by selecting your pet type to choose your perfect package. If you prefer to join over the phone or in person, please call us on the number above and select "Perfect Pet Club".

How We Work

Our independent, non profit veterinary venture has a firm aim of working towards unrestricted healthcare for all animals, eventually going on to provide our affordable healthcare services to all pet owners in the UK.

Our patients are primarily members, who have access to unlimited consults, treatments, diagnostics and surgeries along with preventative care.

Our focus on providing inclusive preventative care such as health and wellness management, flea, wormer, vaccinations and dentistry means that your pets health will remain in tip top condition and significantly reduce the chances of serious conditions developing in the future. Access to inclusive veterinary care means that our members don't need to worry about the possibility of receiving a large bill and suspected health concerns can be addressed straight away, before they escalate into something more sinister.

An estimated 250,000 animals are surrendered to rescue centres every year. By offering an affordable option for veterinary care along with education and awareness programmes, we intend to improve the standards of animal welfare nationally and go on to reduce this figure.
If you would like to support our journey of introducing a positive change for pets and their owners, do consider joining our unique veterinary care club today!

We look forward to welcoming you and your pets at
Animal Magic Family Health & Wellness Centre!

FAQ'S

What are the benefits of Club Pro?

If you opt for a Club Pro package, you will have the opportunity to create a tailor made food and supplies package for your pet which will be delivered to your home monthly. As we have created partnerships with a huge range of brands at wholesale prices, you will receive more for your money than you usually would when compared to purchases made directly with brands or their retail outlets.

Can you tell me more about the National Pet Health Service?

Please click here for more information.

Are you an independent brand?
Yes! Perfect Pet Club is part of an independent, non profit company which exists to offer you the best for your pets. We are not as interested in money as providing a better future for our pets! If you select any Care and Comforts add ons, the relevant amount will be sent to your preferred service provider and if you select a "Pro" package, the additional amount will pay the companies who supply your required products.

If I join, can I still visit my normal vet practice?
You are free to use the veterinarian you usually visit but the costs associated with this will be subject to reimbursement up to the caps listed on our pricing page. The all inclusive pet healthcare Membership benefits are solely provided by our Health & Wellness Centre based at Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat.

Is this an insurance policy?

No. You will need to take out an insurance policy in addition to your membership if you are looking for public liability, damage and theft related cover.

Is there an exclusion period?
There is an exemption period of 28 days from the date of joining during which you are responsible for any veterinary treatment your pet(s) may need. During this period Members needing to use any veterinary services will be billed at the time of appointment. Please enquire if you would like to discuss the potential cost of your interim visit with us, or if you are joining as a distant member, make an enquiry with your own veterinary practice.
